RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Our return policy is very simple. If you are not satisfied with our EBook we will make a full refund within thirty (30) days. After thirty days we will refund your full price paid less your charitable donation within six months.
The reason for this is that once we advance the charitable donation we will not be able to recover it. If you choose to select the charitable donation portion of our eBook pricing please be advised that it will not be refundable after thirty (30) days. The collected donations from purchases on this site are remitted to each charity on a monthly basis. Contact us for details if you need verification that your donation has been processed. We will strive to issue your refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within five business days of our receiving your claim for refund. If you paid from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you have not received your refund within 25 business days from the day you sent us your claim please emails us for further assistance. It is our policy to resolve every issue promptly and in a cordial manner.

TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party.
